ATTENTION:  Parents/Guardians:

The Youth Enrichment Program has updated its payment process. After receiving your invoice or statement, please click the blue ‘Review and Pay’ button to complete your payment.

Please note that we do not accept payments over the phone, and we no longer accept debit or credit card payments in the office.

Important Payment Information:

1. Non-Refundable Fees: Registration and monthly fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to withdrawals, suspensions, and dismissals from the program (please refer to the discipline policy in the Parent Handbook).
2. Late Fees: An $8 late fee will be applied to accounts with payments made after the 15th of the month following the due date. If the 15th falls on a weekend, payment must be made by the preceding Friday to avoid this late fee.
3. Accepted Payment Methods: The Youth Enrichment Program (YEP) accepts Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for online payments. Please note that YEP does not accept American Express. If American Express is used, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
4. Convenience Fee: There is a 2.35% convenience fee for all online payments. This fee applies to every transaction made through the online payment system.
