**Sibling Pre-Registration**: Please submit your child(ren)’s 2023-2024 registration form and updated immunization records (if applicable) via email (yep@yep-la.org) or by mail to 4700 Line Avenue, Suite 207, Shreveport, LA 71106. **Please do not fax the registration form.** An invoice/statement for the registration fee will be emailed from the Bookkeeper to the email address provided on the registration form. Payments can be made by clicking the blue ‘Review and Pay’ button on the invoice/statement.

**Current Parents**:   Please ensure that your account is current through April; otherwise, registration will not be accepted.

**Summer Camp Registration**:  To register for summer camp, please call the YEP office at (318)865-0749, and the registration information will be emailed to you.
