**Current Student Pre-Registration:** Please submit your child(ren)’s 2026-2027 registration form and update immunization records (if applicable) via email (enrollment@yep-la.org) or by mail (4700 Line Avenue, Suite 207, Shreveport, LA 71106). Parents please ensure that your account is up to date through April; otherwise, registration will not be accepted.

**Do not send the registration form by fax**.

** Forms cannot be submitted before April 1, 2026. An invoice for the registration fee will be emailed by the bookkeeper to the address provided on the registration form. Payments can be made by clicking the blue ‘Review and Pay’ button on the invoice.

**Summer Camp Registration:** To register for summer camp, please call the YEP office at (318) 865-0749. Provide your child(ren)’s name, the summer camp location, and a valid email address to receive a personalized registration form.
