**Current Student Pre-Registration: Please submit your child’s 2026-2027 registration form and updated immunization records, if applicable, by email to Enrollment@yep-la.org or by mail to 4700 Line Avenue, Suite 207, Shreveport, LA 71106. Forms cannot be submitted before April 1, 2026. An invoice for the registration fee will be emailed by the bookkeeper to the address provided on the registration form. Payments can be made by clicking the blue ‘Review and Pay’ button on the invoice.

**Current YEP parents must ensure their accounts are up to date through April; otherwise, registration will not be accepted.

**Do not send the registration form by fax.**
